Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9-15-2026 · Last updated: 9-15-2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bromtec, LLC (“Nearality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Nearality mobile application and the website and web application at nearality.com and app.nearality.com (together, the “Service”).

Business (B2B) context. Nearality is provided to construction and contracting organizations (“Customers”). Much of the information in the Service — jobs, assessments, reports, files and related content — is entered by users on behalf of their organization. For that content, the Customer organization is the controller and we act as a processor on their behalf; their own privacy notice may also apply. This Policy describes the information we collect and control directly, such as account and device information.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Device permissions (mobile)

With your permission, the app may access certain device features. You can change these in your device settings at any time.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only as described here:

4. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Content entered on behalf of a Customer is retained and deleted according to our agreement with that Customer.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, etc. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of your personal information, or object to certain processing.

Because much of your content is controlled by your organization, requests about that content may need to go to your organization. For account information we control, contact us at privacy@nearality.com.

Account and data deletion

Nearality is provided on a per-organization basis: each Customer operates within its own dedicated environment, and accounts are provisioned and managed by that organization rather than created within the mobile app. Deletion works as follows:

Because Nearality is a business tool in which accounts and their data belong to the Customer organization, individual users generally cannot unilaterally delete organization data; such requests are handled by the organization's administrator or, for full organization deletion, by us at the Customer's request.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International data transfers

We may process and store information in the USA. If you access the Service from another region, your information may be transferred and processed in locations with different data-protection laws, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

9. U.S. state privacy notice

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a privacy law (such as California), you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or “share” (as defined under California law) your personal information. Contact privacy@nearality.com to exercise these rights.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date, and, where required, provide additional notice.
